Return Policy:
The YMCA Store will not refund, exchange, or allow returns on any personalized or printed items. Although we make every effort to fulfill your order exactly how you ordered it, we understand that mistakes happen. In the event a mistake is made on the end of the YMCA Store, your item will be replaced or exchanged at no cost to you.
Nonpersonalized items have a thirty day return policy from the time of delivery. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and it is the customer’s responsibility to incur all or any freight charges. The YMCA Store will not accept any returns after the thirty day return window. Any items that are returned “used” or “damaged”; will not be granted a return of funds or exchange.
